Each player takes only one putt per hole. One-putting helps your score, but that’s the only scoring on the green.
A player who fails to reach the green in one stroke more than
regulation loses the “right to play” and picks up. (Less-skilled players
are allowed another stroke in a “Level 2” version.)
Searches for lost balls are limited to three minutes (when the rules are finalized it may be less).
The etiquette of the game encourages fast play.
